This sauce delivers the full flavor of the habanero pepper with garlic, shallots and peppercorns bringing it to another level!

30% Apple cider vinegar, while still maintaining a thick and natural texture.

Sauce will be made by fermenting a pepper mash in high quality 304 stainless steel fermentation buckets.

The industry is saturated with products that have the same texture and flavor. These Companies usually blend their ingredients adding thickening agents like Xanthan Gum, this produces a thick “syrup” like sauce that does not have a fresh texture or flavor.
